Terms of Service

We design, build and maintain AI agents, automation systems and related AI solutions. The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement.

Pricing shown on this website is indicative. Final pricing, setup fees and monthly costs are confirmed in your proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, ongoing plans are billed monthly and are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in.

Fees are due as set out in your agreement. Late or failed payment may result in pausing of services.

Where we agree specific, measurable goals for a build, our guarantee applies: if the system does not perform against those agreed goals, we will continue optimising at no additional cost until it does, or as otherwise stated in your agreement. The guarantee applies to the agreed goals only and requires reasonable cooperation and access from you.

You agree to provide accurate information and the access we need (for example to channels, calendars and tools) to deliver the services, and to use the services lawfully and in line with the terms of any third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp/Meta).

We retain ownership of our underlying tools, frameworks and methods. On full payment, you receive the agreed rights to use the specific configured system built for you, as described in your agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in connection with the services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services in the preceding period, as set out in your agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will be posted here. Either party may end an ongoing engagement in line with the notice set out in your agreement.
