Terms of Service

We design, develop and support software, websites, APIs and cloud systems, and provide managed IT and white label development services. The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement.

Project fees, payment milestones and any ongoing support costs are confirmed in your proposal or agreement. Third-party licenses, hosting and usage fees are identified separately where applicable.

Fees are due as set out in your agreement. Late or failed payment may result in pausing of services.

Deliverables, acceptance criteria, revisions and any warranty or support period are defined in the project agreement. Changes outside the agreed scope are reviewed and estimated separately.

You agree to provide accurate information and the access we need (for example to channels, calendars and tools) to deliver the services, and to use the services lawfully and in line with the terms of any third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp/Meta).

We retain ownership of our underlying tools, frameworks and methods. On full payment, you receive the agreed rights to use the specific configured system built for you, as described in your agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in connection with the services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services in the preceding period, as set out in your agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will be posted here. Either party may end an ongoing engagement in line with the notice set out in your agreement.
